How can I cancel a subscription?

How to subscribe

You should know the way in which the subscription was made. We have two types of subscription. The first is through the website and the second via the application.

The quality of the device

We have two types of devices that can subscribe through. The first is the iPhone and the second is the Android devices.

Subscriptions automatically renew unless you take action to cancel them yourself.

Ways to subscribe

  1. Log in to your PayPal account.
  2. Click on the profile icon (a gear-shaped icon) on the top left of the page.
  3. Click on Pre-approved Payments under ‘Payment Settings’.
  4. Select the merchant you want to cancel the existing agreement with, and click Cancel.
  5. Follow the instructions to cancel the agreement.

If you do not have a PayPal account, you must directly contact the merchant to cancel the agreement.

If you are unable to contact the merchant, please contact us. Here’s how to do it:

  1. Go to the PayPal website.
  2. Click Help & Contact at the bottom of the page.
  3. Click on Call us.
  4. Click on Contact Us without logging in to obtain a customer service phone number.

Please note that after canceling a recurring payment, subscription, or automatic billing agreement, you will still be obligated to pay the merchant for the goods or services you have received.

About canceling subscriptions

  • Most subscriptions renew automatically unless you choose to cancel.
  • If you cancel your subscription, you can continue to use it until the next billing date.
  • If you cancel during the trial period, you may lose access to the content immediately.

If you signed up for a free or discounted trial subscription and don’t want to renew it, cancel it at least 24 hours before the trial period ends.

Unsubscribe

Uninstalling the app will not cancel your subscription to it. 

  1. On your Android phone or tablet, open the Google Play Store Google Play.
  2. Make sure you are signed in to the correct Google account.
  3. Click on the Subscriptions menu Click on the subscription you want to cancel.
  4. Click Cancel Subscription.
  5. Follow the instructions. 

If you remove an app from Google Play and you subscribe to it, your subscription will be canceled and your previous subscriptions will not be refunded.

What happens after I cancel my subscription?

After you cancel your subscription, you will still be able to use it for as long as you paid for it.

For example, if you bought a year-long subscription on January 1st for $10 and decided to cancel it on July 1st:

  • You will still be able to benefit from the subscription until December 31
  • You won’t be charged for another annual subscription of $ 10 the following January.
